I was here for dinner Sunday night and found a roach in my salad!! When I confronted the manager he was very dismissive and didn’t even let me finish speaking. They took my salad and offered to give me 10% off only the salad. Money isn’t the issue but his demeanor was not up to the situation. He reacted so casual like it happens all the time??? Shannon was amazing!! He gave great recommendations for what to order. He was prompt and always available. Our beverages stayed filled and we were checked on often. The food was amazing! The ambience was beautiful! Definitely will be coming back and asking for Shannon.
A little loud but wow this place is awesome. I came out on Saturday night and they were busy! Thankfully I had a reservation. The food was delicious and the ambiance was spectacular. I will be back and asking for Elvis!
My server was spectacular I believe his name was Rio. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had answers to any question me or my family had. My daughter has a gluten sensitivity and he was very cautious. Great time always at 220.
Nice brunch menu the shareable pancakes and waffles is a clever idea. Service was really poor unfortunately went long periods without any attention. Had to track down our own utensils for example nearly 5 minutes after food was delivered. Other servers were more attentive to their tables, but unwilling to pitch in at their colleagues table. Big team fail Made for a very disappointing brunch overall and I'd not likely return anytime soon
My server Bashir was phenomenal!!!!! What a guy, he was on top of everything. He recommended the stuffed shells and Omg they were DELICIOUS! My friend had the branzino and he said it was cooked to perfection.
