The staff at Costa in the back of the Loading area were incredibly kind and attentive, treating me like a caring mother to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. It's a lovely little spot by the water. View all feedback.

This is a large bookstore with a really relaxed coffee shop, perfect for enjoying a great time.
I purchased several items before Christmas, and the service was outstanding. When I had to return a couple of items that were unwanted gifts, I was once again impressed by the prompt and courteous service. Excellent experience overall!
