One was at the register while the other... read more Today, my mother visited this restaurant and encountered extremely rude treatment from one of the two female employees. One was at the register while the other was preparing subs and pizzas. When my mom went to order a couple of subs, the employee making them appeared to be on the verge of going on break and seemed annoyed that my mom came in at 12:30 PM to place her order. The employee abruptly took off her coat and started firing off questions about what my mom wanted on her subs. She asked if my mom knew whether she wanted a 6-inch or footlong, and when it came to cheese, she shouted, "CHEESE?!" in a loud and impatient way, as if she had no time for this. This left my mom feeling flustered and incredulous at the treatment she was receiving. Ultimately, it affected her appetite, and she simply tolerated the employee's behavior. I will be filing a formal complaint because such conduct is completely unacceptable for someone whose job is as straightforward as making a sandwich.
