I was driving downstate late on Sunday (9-11) and pulled off to get something to eat, and was happy to see that Arby's was open. I thought I was gonna get stuck... read more I was driving downstate late on Sunday (9-11) and pulled off to get something to eat, and was happy to see that Arby's was open. I thought I was gonna get stuck eating at McDonald's, which I wasn't looking forward to. I'm not gonna lie, I didn't expectmuch being that it was so late. Kinda counted on dry food and dry service, but to my surprise, I honestly had the bestexperience I've ever had from a fast food joint. The food was hot and made well. The service was way above any standard I hadin my mind. The young man at the window was so incredibly polite. In over 25 years of eating food on the fly like this, I'venever had a better experience. Great job by the Arby's night crew.

They did run ou... read more This location is on a busy street and can be hard to get to if you're coming from the west. There is a drive thru and has fast friendly service. They did run out of turkey the order before mine during lunch. They probably need to plan better if they arerunning out of items in the middle of the day. The dining room has plenty of seating and was very clean. The Ruben was good andfilling. The curly fries are never a let down w perfect seasoning.

Won 't take down dine in down when they lock the door and just stare at a customer walking up to the door. Very sketchy service and portion discrepancies. If there was a zero star rating theywould surely get one.
