The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the food delicious. The place is also very pleasant with a friendly atmosphere. Everyone loved it, and I couldn't have dreamed of a better occasion! Thank you to the whole team for this memorable evening; I recommend this place without hesitation!

The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the food delicious. The venue is also very pleasant with a friendly atmosphere. Everyone loved it, and I couldn't have dreamed of a better occasion! You can choose an apero before dining elsewhere. But why dine elsewhere? This beautiful wine bar also has a superb menu. I tried the pinsa Savoyard. Top. My wife had the goat cheese salad. Now she is an expert on goat cheese salad. She said it was best she ever had. Range of beers is excellent. Range of cocktails looked fantastic. (Note to self go back soon . Impressed with our order for a demi carafe of rosé. The wonderful waitress came out with a full actual bottle of very fine local wine and poured a demi into a caraffe so not some random box wine. It’s busy so book ahead (as long as you don’t take my table!, . Biot is a superb village. After your apero and\or supper stroll around the narrow streets and soak in the history. Visit the church. Better again, visit tourist office and get the walking tour map. Don’t forget to start and/or end at Trio Vino!!
