Happy hours from 6pm to 8pm. The terrace offers a nice view on the nearby mountains. Free parkings nearby.

As a vegetarian it is difficult in France to get a veggie meal in a French restaurant but there are several options here. The veggie burger is excellent. One small problem is that for some reason fish dishes are mentioned as vegetarian which they obviously are not. I have never quite understood that. Most times the service is excellent but occasionally the server is pretty bad but having said that I have noticed that when that happens I don't see that server again so maybe they have moved on. Only down side is their chips. They are very tasty but I believe they are not real chips and on one occasion I had a plate full of what appeared to be the dregs of the chips which were very small sharp shards. The overall bar/restaurant is extremely efficient and the price is right. Small snacks can be purchased if you don't fancy a full meal which sometimes is the case.

Also smoking is permited int he so called patio.. while in summer the patio might be open and that is fine, in winter it is completely covered and there is very little ventilation making no difference from an inside space.. so if you are there in winter and sitting in the patio be prepared to be smoked : .

The staff is very kind and this is definitely a pub where you can have good beers, pub food (I recommend the burgers) and also some plats du jours (dish of the day) if you go at lunch time. I 've been there many times and there is no reason why I should stop !
