My first dinner here, presented by my uncle during my visit to Bintulu. Delicious and affordable price. According to my uncle, this restaurant is open for 24 hours, but I'm not really sure. Must try! View all feedback. What Jane Hafizee doesn't like about Happy Valley Chicken Rice (2015):
very slow service. have to wait more than 30 mins for our water and order to come even though there are not many customers. table was dusty and not wiped upon sitting. not recommend dining outside at afternoon as the fan is not working. View all feedback.
