What User doesn't like about Subway:
I barely received a bun. I requested spinach but got almost none, and it was replaced with nothing but lettuce (we never asked for lettuce on the sandwich!). I also requested extra sweetness, which was completely ignored. The person who made my sandwich needs to pay better attention to customers' requests and get the proportions right, because my sandwich was definitely not worth $13. I placed an online order for a special deal: buy a footlong sandwich and get another footlong for free. I arrived at the restaurant when the app indicated my order would be ready, and it was ready ahead of time. I got a nice, hot steak and cheese sandwich, along with a refreshing "New Classic" sandwich loaded with Italian meats.
