Nirchi's Pizza - Binghamton
Nirchi's Pizza
Description
Local pizza enthusiasts have experienced a rollercoaster of reviews at this popular restaurant. While many rave about the exceptional breakfast pizza and the flavorful American cheese pizza—reportedly so good it leaves diners speechless—some patrons cite slipping quality and disappointing customer service. Complaints about quality control, such as finding bone in chicken dishes, stand out, alongside negative interactions with staff. Despite these shortcomings, the restaurant remains a community favorite for its diverse menu and reasonable prices, leaving devoted customers hopeful for improved consistency and service in future visits. Overall, the food shines, but multiple aspects need refinement.

This pizza is almost exactly like the kind you would get from a 90s roller rink. 10/10 would recommend.
Poor customer service from employees to the manager! Stay away! Go to Rossi?s or another pizza joint that appreciates and knows how to treat their customers! Please read the other reviews below from others who have had similar experiences! It doesn?tappear that the owner(s) care or appreciate their customers otherwise they?d hire decent people who know how to treat people andwho know how to cook! The Main St Binghamton location gives a horrible name to the Nirchi?s name!
Although I'm not a local, I’m really glad I found this pizza place. I had a slice, or maybe even two, in the dining area while I waited for a sheet pizza. I definitely recommend stopping by for a taste before you move on!
I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. The food was overcooked to the point that it was nearly inedible. I typically go to this restaurant specifically for their fried pickles, but this time I decided to try their pizza. Unfortunately, I ended up spending $35 on a pizza that, although decent, had far fewer toppings compared to other Nirchis locations. Despite its convenient location near my home, I will make an effort to visit a different Nirchis owned by someone other than the owners of the three Binghamton locations.
