Kfc - Binghamton

I visited the restaurant today and waited over 10 minutes without being served, so I decided to leave. It seemed like all the staff were hiding in the back, and I overheard them discussing how they didn't want to take care of the customers. I also could hear some loud, disruptive yelling coming from that area. This experience has put me off this location for good. If they aren't willing to take orders, then I don't want to support their business. It's incredibly frustrating to see staff at work but not actually working. The management must not be paying attention because this place is surely losing customers rapidly.

We often use the drive-through, but since our prescriptions weren’t ready at the pharmacy across the street, we had some extra time and decided to eat inside. We were pleasantly surprised by the new decor and how clean the restaurant was. Zach took our order; he was friendly, attentive, and asked questions to ensure our order was accurate. Our food arrived hot and fresh.

The biscuits were fresh and tasty. However, my chicken tenders had more breading than meat.

In general you can't go wrong with the KFC food itself, but our experience today with ordering and receiving food was terrible. Not sure what the deal is, maybe there's some legitimate excuse, but we received duplicates of half of our sides (which we onlyordered 1 of) and we did NOT receive another one of the sides that we DID order. It wouldn't be a big deal, but the other sidethat we did Not receive was ordered specifically for a picky eater, who doesn't like the other sides options. And every singleone of our biscuits was only half cooked. Like, I went to pull my biscuit apart and the dough inside was still raw, sticky,stretchy. Disgusting.

The staff here are incredible, and it's one of the cleanest KFCs I've ever visited.
