Then,... read more I ordered the special 8-piece meal with 3 sides. The receipt showed 1 large mashed potatoes with gravy, 1 large special fries, and 1 large mac and cheese. Then, I also ordered an additional large mashed potatoes with gravy, large special fries, and large mac and cheese. What did I actually receive? One small mashed potatoes with gravy, one small mac and cheese, one small fries, one large mashed potatoes without gravy, one large mac and cheese, and one large fries. This definitely doesn’t match what I ordered, especially after spending $50! I even had to make my own gravy. I’m very disappointed. It’s not that hard to read the receipt and know the difference between small and large or recognize gravy. I can provide pictures as proof if needed. I’m not happy about this at all!

We're not sure what happened—maybe there's a valid reason—but we ended up with duplicates of half our sides, even though we only ordered one of each. At the same time, one of the sides we did order never arrived. This was especially frustrating because that missing side was meant for a picky eater who dislikes the other options. On top of that, every biscuit we received was only half-cooked; when I pulled one apart, the dough inside was still raw, sticky, and stretchy. It was really unpleasant.

The manag... read more I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC. The service was poor; when I drove up, nobody acknowledged me, and I ended up waiting in silence. The manager was very rude and unprofessional, and my order was incorrect. This is definitely the worst KFC I've ever visited. I think the staff either need to be fired or retrained.

Even though they advertise a closing time of 10 PM, they regularly shut their doors at 9:30 PM, and it seems that neither the managers nor the owners are concerned about it. Overall, it's a badly managed place.
