It's really more of a takeaway restaurant with quite limited seating. Cashew chicken was good with crunchy vegetables and nuts. The best dish I had were well prepared steamed pork dumplings. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Fu Star Chinese:
It was alright. There are better options for chinese food in the area. I ordered general tsaos and cheese wantons. For it being cash only I expected the food to be better. The general tsaos didn’t have much sauce on it and actually stuck together making it difficult to pick up with chopsticks. The cheese wantons were also subpar and some of them actually didn’t have cheese in them. First time going, probably won’t be... View all feedback.
Fu Star is a top choice for Chinese food in the area. It's especially good considering we aren't in a major city like NYC or Philly. Our one complaint is that despite being loyal customers for years, we were charged dinner prices for a lunch order that was only three minutes late for pick up (I live 20 minutes away). This was disappointing customer service in our opinion. There isn't really a dine-in option, but we still tip each time. However, this experience has left us feeling a bit indifferent towards the restaurant. It seems to be purely a business transaction now.
I always get sweet and sour chicken and white rice and I have to say that this place is by far the best for it! The chicken is the right way and is completely crispy and amazing, the rice is just the right consistency! I love this place for the first time.
Fu Star never makes me happy, I order General t’so Chicken and I rate it 10 out of 10
We ordered for the first time over a year. The food was excellent. Very satisfied with our order. We rate this 5 stars.
The best, most consistent Chinese place in Binghamton. I've never had a bad meal. Food is fresh, people are nice. I'm not going anywhere else!
