The Chinese dumplings here are fantastic and truly comforting. I tried the Beijing and fried pork dumplings, and both were delicious. I was expecting a dipping sauce made with black vinegar, garlic, and scallions, but instead I got a lightly sweet soy sauce infused with fried garlic oil, which turned out to be a perfect match for the dumplings. Don’t forget to request the fried chili oil (it’s not spicy) for an extra burst of flavor!
