It is what you would get for an authentic bibingka, best eaten fresh from the oven while still hot and this is also super moist and soft inside. We tried the Classic, Ube, and Chocnut flavors thats all of the flavors available at the moment) and we love all of them. Ube was filled with a big glob of ube, while Chocnut was filed with some choco chips and drizzled with chocnut sauce on top. Its a mix of sweetness from those components, and saltiness from the salted egg and cheese. Highly recommended and people travel to Biñan for Chef RV's bibingka. They have a lot of cake options available, I tried Red Velvet Cheesecake. Also good! Will surely come back for the cakes No dine in option at the moment, only reservations for pickup and take out. Good amount of parking space outside.

The bibingka struck the perfect balance between sweetness and moisture, resulting in a soft and fluffy consistency. It was beautifully prepared and had a rich, inviting aroma. I can confidently say that it’s the best bibingka I’ve ever tasted. I highly recommend it!
