Description

Nestled in Biñan, this bakery-café is celebrated for its bibingka — soft, moist and best served straight from the oven, offered in Classic, Ube and Chocnut variations with salted egg and cheese balancing sweet and savory. Cakes, ensaymada and macarons also impress; service is friendly and the space features modern decor. Currently focused on pickup and takeout, garden and dine-in access are unavailable and parking can be mixed, but many consider it a worthwhile destination for pastries and pasalubong.

Bibingka was great though my mother was more used to the cheap commercial ones in the mall . Not a fan of the blueberry cheesecake, there's something different in the taste. Would try the other cakes. they look so nice.

Had their Bibingka Galapong and it was so good. It is what you would get for an authentic bibingka, best eaten fresh from the oven while still hot and this is also super moist and soft inside. We tried the Classic, Ube, and Chocnut flavors thats all of the flavors available at the moment) and we love all of them. Ube was filled with a big glob of ube, while Chocnut was filed with some choco chips and drizzled with chocnut sauce on top. Its a mix of sweetness from those components, and saltiness from the salted egg and cheese. Highly recommended and people travel to Biñan for Chef RV's bibingka. They have a lot of cake options available, I tried Red Velvet Cheesecake. Also good! Will surely come back for the cakes No dine in option at the moment, only reservations for pickup and take out. Good amount of parking space outside.

We ordered slices of cakes and bibingkas... i would say ok naman sya... but for the price i don't think it was worth it... there were still no dine in... never got to explore the garden... the bibingka we ordered was not your typical bibingka that is moist and soft... it has more of a tres leches kind of texture which was weird for me... i'm not sure if i need to let it rest more or what but it doesn't feel like a bibingka... but the taste is still okay... but nothing to write home about... still proud that a place like this exists in my hometown... cheers!

If you haven’t tasted their bibingka yet, then it’s about time you get oriented with this Pinoy-food Chef RV cafe at Biñan Laguna. Their traditional bibingka is topped off with cheese and salted egg. Extremely moist and gooey, this version delivers just the right amount of eggy fluffiness and pleasantly moist rice cake core. Consider the delicious grittiness of its salted egg between bibingka bites is heavenly.
