Is it Italian?This is one of very few options in the area, in fact the next place to the West is Mt Tomah Restaurant which is definitely not worth visiting. Back the other way to Kurrajong Heights you have The Archibald and Lochiel House, but they're about 15/20 mins drive away.The menu at Afire is extensive and the food is really good (we had pizza on one visit and potato wedges + apple cake on another). The staff were largely very friendly and helpful!Just beware of the prices. Pizzas are about $27, salads $20 and then steaks go right up to $60. This felt expensive compared to other places I've been in the Blue Mountains and surprisingly a lot more expensive than my local pubs in Eastern Sydney!Overall the place is an ok venue and the food is good, just not convinced it's worth the high prices.
