The buffet was fantastic, primarily featuring Southern cuisine. The fried green tomatoes were outstanding, and the cucumber salad was delicious. The roast beef was also good. My partner, being a true carnivore, could fill his plate with plenty of meat. Go to Palace Buffet! Go to Infinity Buffet! We wish we did. No line when arriving at 5:30 pm on Thursday which was a sure sign of low quality. No fresh seafood at all and not every station was open. For more than twenty dollars a person, we expected more than cheap frozen and processed shrimp and calamari.
