Pizza Hut - Biloxi

This is a review of Pizza Hut. The restaurant is located in a beautiful and easily accessible location. The staff are friendly and efficient. During my visit, I was impressed by how quickly my order was ready, despite the fact that the phone was constantly ringing and the staff member was handling multiple orders at once. I received my order in less than 15 minutes, which was quite remarkable. Overall, my dining experience at Pizza Hut was pleasant and I would recommend it to others.

Pizza Hut is consistently delicious. I am never disappointed and it is actually the only pizza place I eat at. Tonight, my family of 4 enjoyed medium-sized pizzas, breadsticks, boneless wings, and cinnamon sticks. Everything was amazing.

I ordered 8 boneless wings and was disappointed to find that the sauce was simply poured into the bottom of the container, with the wings placed on top. It was quite frustrating. However, I did appreciate the friendly delivery driver.

Whoever is working nights here is terrible. Get put on hold for 20m and they hang-up. Call back thinking its a issue and try placing an order again, they pick up and hang up. I get that it can get busy, but I'd rather be told it'll be awhile rather than hung up on multiple times.

Frau vanessa took our order and was the sweetest person I treated in a very long time. she was very thorough and made sure everything was correct.
