Excellent! It was Tuesday today and it was $1 taco Tuesday. I got one chicken and one beef with hot sauce. Taco Bell has nothing on this place. I will never eat Taco Bell again, well, unless I am drunk. This place was small and authentic. I was only non-Spanish speaking person there. In addition, I didn't see any white people there either. You know what that mean, the food will be f awesome. I need more of this place... View all feedback.
What Earth Tone doesn't like about El Potrillo:
1st visit...the young lady at window was pleasant and tacos were good (although shrimp should be grilled more done)....last visit was not good order was incorrect..girl had attitude at window. Burritos are small/not huge or authentic... would stick w tacos next time if I return.
Doesn't look like much. Depending on the time you go, you may have to wait for a table. However, the food is amazing!! First time I went, I ordered two pork tacos with pineapple (very small pieces). This is personally my favorite. You can have grilled onions and jalapeño with them. A delicious meal!! Salsa is tasty and a favorite. Hot sauce is spicy. They also have a drive through. Parking can be a challenge as well.
Popped in for Taco Tuesday, and got to try the birria tacos as well (they were AMAZING). Free chips and salsa were good, and we enjoyed a couple cold beers to round it out. Everything was spot on and the service was attentive and quick. It was absolutely an overall excellent visit. We will 100% be back soon!

The Pineapple fajita! ... this hidden gem is a great place for food and a friendly environment! Highly recommend
