Chick-fil-a - Biloxi

The drive-through was the only issue just because of the weird way the line is set up. Besides that, the food was amazing, and the servers were also good, and the atmosphere depends on what your doing in your car

I love me some Chic-Fil-A but let me tell you. This location does not do customer service. I ordered a yogurt parfait no strawberries (because I’m allergic) but I wanted extra blueberry and I got a response we can’t do extra blueberries. I mean seriously. If I’m willing to pay for extra what does it hurt to throw 3 extra blueberries on there instead of the 5 or 6 strawberries they put on there. . So needless to say I didn’t order my parfait but when my husband got his it came out with 3 blueberries and literally 6 strawberries. I mean did those tiny blueberries really cost that much to substitute and again I was WILLING to pay for the extra. Also we were traveling and they gave us no silverware so how were we supposed to eat our scrambled eggs and parfaits? I guess with our hands. Anyway if you have a special request this location probably won’t do it.

Good food as usual. We always get to share the 30 pieces of nuggets as a family. Surprisingly, the chicken nuggets were all a decent size vs get really small pieces that are not worth others that are small, medium size. Fries were as good as ever. Your chocolate shake is a must after my family. I'm obsessed with her peach, without really peach pieces, the best of the best I wished it wasn't just limited time. Only what was sucked was my straw broken! This line is long!

Chick-Fil-A food is always on the point. This location is located right next to a Buffalo Wild Wings, making the parking facilities unpleasant. And in a big shopping mall. We ate and it was a weekday, so waiting inside was great.

Always love Chick-fil-A. Don't come often in Michigan, but I happen to be in Mississippi for a few weeks and they still do what they know for except chicken. Exceptional customer service. Drive through orders they go to you and process your entire order. After the order is completed when they are ready, they will pass it to you at the window or go to your vehicle in a meal carrier. They do this in Mississippi in the radiant sun. On a good day at this time of year, the depths are 88 degrees, with the humidity of a shower room. A lot of appreciation for the employees who stay outside in the heat, so I can grab a salad and some nuggets.
