A short visit unfortunately but very friendly and the Harvey's best bitter was spot on.
I like this pub and its eclectic mix of people. It is not the most polished nor most well decorated but its a proper pub and the landlord is a good guy. The food is supposed to be decent but I have not yet tried it.
Great pub with great staff. A good selection of products and a friendly bunch of locals. The light at the end of a train journey.
The staff are really nice the food is good and you get lot for your money, when they have band on the atmosphere and the locals are great.
This pub is fantastic, with good beer and a vibrant performance by The Majors. Although lacking a bassist and drummer this time, it may have been for the best given the small corner they were in. The musicianship and vocals were excellent, and the song selection was great. Close your eyes and you could have sworn Ray Manzarek himself was on the keyboards.
