I ordered my meal through the app, which was incredibly user-friendly with clear options. My order was ready for pickup in under 10 minutes. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two lovely staff members, and despite the kitchen being busy, my food was served quickly. The meal was delicious, and I will definitely be back for more. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great fish and chips dinner! View all feedback.
Great fish and chips, good portion sizes and always hot. never had a bad meal and the online ordering system works brilliantly. safe the best fishing and chips around!
Only just recently moved to the area first thing we were told by multiple different people was the check out The Master Fryer... ...so I did! Absolutely great food! Very well priced and can order beforehand using an app and can pay too. Doesn't offer delivery so you'll need to pick it up but plenty of parking (free after 1830) and lots of other shops around too while you wait if you need to grab anything else. Super friendly staff too! Not much else to say apart from try it out!
The Master Fryer in Billingshurst has the best fish and chips in West Sussex. I ordered online and when I arrived to collect it was ready and piping hot. Crisp batter, not greasy and perfect! Friendly staff as well! If we lived a little closer, we would be back more often. Thank you very much.
Tried your burgers for the first time tonight. Very nice indeed. If we were to give a small criticism, we both agree that the chips seem fairly hard lately. We'll be back. Till the next visit, thanks.
We went in person to order on the eve of a wedding for 20 people. The staff were amazing , very calm and super efficient . Despite there being a queue out of the shop the assistant even offered to carry the bags to the car. They were super busy but there was no sign of either of the female assistants being flustered! They were a credit to The Master Fryer! Shame we don't live near by as we'd be there every week.
