What Oh Sixy doesn't like about Uberbrew:
Very hit or miss. The Summer Salad was crazy good, but then we got a chicken sandwich that was a soggy mess. Went today and there was one table with 11 people, and one other table with 2 people. They told it would be an hour wait for food due to the 11 top. Not really understanding how it takes an hour to make food for a dozen people. Maybe short staffed, but disappointing. Jacxson expanded our beer pallet with the best local beers I have tasted. The White Noise is light and refreshing and the Pink Slip IPA has a fruity flavor which enhances the hippiness of the IPA. Now, the food. The bison burger was cooked to a perfect medium rare as we ordered, seasoned to perfection and delicious. The fries were hot, crisp and not overly salty. Love, love this place!
Visiting for a day, staff was incredibly helpful. Food was amazing.

Have you been here yet! You should stop. I love craft beer and this has amazing options and great atmosphere. Remember your limited on how many and they close a bit early so you won't party all night!
