Taco John's - Billings

Very very slow location!! I have tried coming here a few times and it's always the sane result. I do not recommend coming here if you want fast food! No sense of urgency with anything, especially the cook.

Incredibly slow for being ?fast food?. We have been waiting for 25 minutes for 3 burritos. Most of the staff is wondering around doing nothing. There are way too many other places to eat in Billings to waste your time here.

Honestly, this is a very poorly run restaurant. It always takes way too long. Today I went there and ordered 2 meals and they gave me no oles which they charged me for two. The lobby was closed and I proceeded to go through the drive thru they said, ?we?ll get you them?. But instead of taking them out the front door so I could get back on time and not have to wait in line they made me wait in the line. But wait, it gets better, I get there show them my receipt and then they had to get a manager, the manager talked to me and they had to cook more as well. So not only did they waste more of my time but they wasted a bunch of the other customers time. Yes they did make it right, but, I felt they handled it poorly and caused me to be late. I will never go here again and this incident was the last straw.

This is by far the slowest restaurant I've ever been to. It seems that the person cooking—who I assume is the manager—works at a snail's pace. Meanwhile, there are four other employees just standing around when they could easily have someone handling the front of house and a cook for the drive-through simultaneously. On top of that, they don't even begin your DoorDash order until you inquire about it a full 10 minutes after you’ve been sitting there. It's absolutely absurd.

The food is fresh, and the staff is very friendly! I really appreciate the extra taco in my six-pack, as well as the delicious cheese quesadilla! Thank you!
