What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
They really need to work on training the staff on how to make the product correctly. So many of us get a coffee as a “treat” and it’s very disheartening to get bad service and bad coffee. View all feedback.
The drinks were excellent, but Miss Phoenix could benefit from having a friendlier demeanor.
The service was excellent, but a different barista prepared my drink this time and ended up giving me a cup of warm milk instead of a latte.

Perfect. The gal actually knew what drink I was talking about when I ordered. She made it perfectly.
The barista cannot be found anywhere. This is the 3rd time it has happened at this Starbucks. This is not a Starbucks I will recommend.
