Rail Link Coffee - Billings

Stopped by out of curiosity while walking near downtown. Great spot with friendly and helpful staff and lively clientele.

Focus of concern seems to be the coffee experience, itself. Beverage prices were hard to believe (low , relatively speaking. Food prices and 12-ounce bags of coffee beans were closer to on-par with competitors' pricing, but still on the low-end, for the quality. (Revel's coffee beans are used. Espresso shot was excellent. Two drip varieties when I was there--a medium and a darker roast, both distinctive. Nice selection of food items (while they last . Ham and cheese croissant was excellent.

Very poor hospitality/customer service. I asked to access the patio so I could work outside with my pup and the staff were too lazy to unlock the gate to it even though weather would've permitted it. Also very evangelical atmosphere with bible study group posters and invitations saturating the bathroom. Even as a Christian I found it to be pretty smothering. But...it's a very conservative town, so just be prepared for that.

First time in here they recommend a drink got it made insanely fast and brought it to me a wonderful place and will come backThe drink was the honey

I had the maple caramel coffee and it was so yummy. Staff was super sweet. Interior was so cute and the outdoor area was really nice too. Will definitely come back here!
