This place rocks! The best Jalapeno-Poppers I've ever had. Great service. The waitress Rebecca is a doll. Great smile, super friendly and attentive. Gentleman came by to check us and unprecedented to us he was the General Manager (Dallas). He worked among his staff, super friendly. Very impressed. Now to shoot pool and play video games. Super rad Halo game.

Amazing Staff, Food and Service! Megan was our server and was an exceptional asset to the Plaza Arcade Bar and Grill! Her fun outgoing personality made our dinner on the fly a fun time and great experience. The menu was new and she asked us if she could tell us about anything about it. She listened as we were concerned to order anything besides appetizers as we had a short time frame to head to the show at the Metra so she made wonderful real food suggestions and promptly got our drinks and food to us timely. The food was hot and tasted good. The food is a bit pricey, but it was a good portion and felt it was fair. We were stuffed! The atmosphere is much improved!! Games and bathrooms were clean and well maintained not a lot out of order or non working games. I suggest you try this out and enjoy the clean environment staff. Even the cook came out and said hello along with the manager too. Both wanted to know how we liked our food and if we need anything. We told the manager how much we enjoyed Megan 's suggestions on the food and what a joy she was to chat with. They are trying hard and it shows thru. Good job! Customer service wasn 't the highest priority when we came into Bones in the past; we are certainly glad to see it is a priority now! We will definitely be back soon! Went here after St Patricks parade with a party of 12. We had a really nice time! Food was delicious, kids had fun! Had some confusion with our final bills but this was part our own fault in not all being at the table, and changing our orders. Everyone was great in getting things figured out! Look forward to going back soon!

Went for a great friends night out and it was a blast! The food was good, the environment great and the people were amazing. Dallas came and introduced himself and it made me feel right at home. This is a great place for a geek/need to venture out and have a good time!! #geeklife #gaming #datenight

The cheese fries were amazing... Highly recommend!! The nachos on the other hand not so much. We ate the top bit of the nachos and we're left with a whole lot of chips with nothing on them. Just dry bland chips. But the waitress did take care of us and she brought out a bowl of nacho cheese. The customer service was awesome! They do need to step up their game with their nachos though. Otherwise, good time!
