I am sure that it is not easy to seduce a Mediterranean almost food building in the midst of a series of amazing (and more extensive) sitting restaurants, but this place is great. service was fast, eating was very good and they have a relatiw extensive menu. my own salad and ingredients were fresh and tasty. What User doesn't like about Pita Pit Downtown:
Went in and saw what I ordered via the phone wasn't on the menu, guy at counter proceeded to argue and say it was the same menu as online. It was not and I could clearly see on my phone it was not. Then he charged me $1.75 more than the website menu said. Plain and simple they need to put in the effort to update their online menu and or honor the prices listed via the website. Sandwiches are huge for the price. And might I add pretty tasty. The staff are very friendly and down to earth. All in all a very pleasurable experience.
I placed an online order on a Saturday morning from the downtown location without realizing it was closed, and my order would be delivered on Monday. When the worker texted me on Monday to confirm my order, I cancelled and requested a refund. Despite multiple calls and promises from the staff to process the refund, I never received it. It has been weeks and I have yet to receive my food or a refund.
The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. They have a diverse menu that caters to everyone's tastes. The service is quick and efficient. I would highly recommend dining here. 10/10!

This is the best Pita Pit in town. I usually place my order through the app for pick up. The staff always recognizes me when I arrive and I don't even have to tell them my order. The food is always accurate and ready on time for my pickup.
