Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

This is the worst Papa John's I've ever been to! The management is terrible, and you’re lucky if your pizza gets delivered after the long 20-minute ordering process.

The staff was friendly, which is the only reason I'm giving them 1 star. However, it took an hour to receive a single pizza. To make matters worse, they were playing inappropriate music, which made me uncomfortable, especially for the young girl who was inside with her dad. The most concerning issue was that the employees were tossing their hair over the pizza while preparing it, and none of them were wearing gloves. This was likely the least sanitary restaurant I've ever visited.

This place is my guilty pleasure for hangovers! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious, and it arrives really quickly. I've never had any issues with this location (the West End location is a different story). Great job, Heights Papa John's—you’re appreciated! Also, I love Harry! He’s always so friendly and works hard!

Waited 2 1/2 hours and finally called to see what was going on, they said to call back in 15-30min. I've been on the phone for 20 minutes to get a refund. will never order from them again.

I ordered pizza 745, got a text around 820 that it was ready. I was there at 845 and the doors were closed! the front door said that the load is closed at 10 and I saw online. So I called the load and the answering machine said the load was closed! pizza was only 20 mice so that my time was not worth to even argue, but I thought "d post this quick. specter rip to my Hawaiian 'za
