Mcdonald's - Billings

I ordered a sausage muffin sub Canadian bacon and got regular bacon instead. It was good but just not what I ordered and couldn't go back as I was on my way to work.

As I walked up to the store, I was already in a bad mode. This was because there was not a USA FLAG on the provided pole. As a 4.5 year maitanence tech. As well as a veteran, I was a little upset and curious. Then as I walked in the store I noticed that the lobby glass windows needed attention. As well, the bathrooms were a train wreck in progress. As well it took all most 60 minutes to get my 11 item order. I asked to talk to a manager who seemed to not wish to appolege for the above mentioned problem's. He did mention that he wasn't going to get a maintanence person until 10:00 this morning. Oh yes my order was put in on the lobby keosk and badly messed up and mixed up with another lobby order.

Its been years since we went to McDonalds but in the absence of a clean place to go we were very happy with everything about our experience here. The place was clean, food handlers wore gloves and it felt and looked good. The employees were well groomed and seemed to care about us.

Only one associate was extremely friendly Kathy was awesome managers and rest of the crew were unfriendly. To busy with whatever they were doing service really slow ordered for done in was given food to go. Watched as everyone kept calling Kathy to run food to customers in the drive thru that was really slow she was run out at least fifteen times before my food was even called out.

Usually not eat here, but it was the only breakfast place I could find. the business and the bathroom were clean. the personal was friendly. eating was hot and fresh. big soda fountain. egg mcduffin still stops.
