Hardee's - Billings

Ordered the 5 piece tender meal, my whole order (chicken and fries) BOTH were sitting out for more than 30 minutes before served to me. i know this because i work in the food industry, that and the fact that both items we?ll past a lovely golden crisp but instead dark, un chewable, cold chicken and fries. this was my first time experiencing ?hardees? and i doubt i will ever try it again. waste of $10.

This Hardee's will be my last. Not only did I get uncooked food, the manager lies through his teeth. I will never visit a Hardee's again. This is the worse Hardee's ever and the company does not care. Stop giving your money to these people that do not care about you.

The burgers are good, but they ask you what kind of sauces you want. They should ask you what sauces you would like them to forget to give you. I ONLY got the prime rib burger because they said they would give me horseradish, and my kids wont eat their food without ketchup. They asked us to pull forward, then they brought it to the car, and turn around and leave before you can see what's in the bag and there is nothing you can do but turn around and get back in line, because the lobby is closed. I ended up with 40 dollars worth of cold food, and dissatisfaction. Also, they stiffed us on 2 medium fries, and they fill the fry boxes like it's coming out of their check!
