Dairy Queen - Billings

They only drive thru. I went and a group of 6 was turned away. a lot of luck with this dq

Ordered food and ice cream of course! Service was great-Employees seem happy to be there-Our food was delicious and fresh-Our visit was great thank you!!

Food was horrible. Must have been sitting for awhile. Everything was cold or half cooked. Even my dog wouldn't eat the hot dog my 4 year old said was gross.... staff sucked!! Very very rude! Seemed like no one wanted to do their job. When ordering she kept asking if that was it and when we said no she had attitude about adding to the order even though we had said we had a full vehicle.. then once we got to the window everyone was standing around the window. Over staffed yet extremely annoyed that they all had to actually do their job. when we asked for ketchup for 5 kids they gave us 4 packets.. then when asked for more they had attitude about it.I won't stop their again, better to go further into billings. Hard to believe this dairy queen is in Montana considering the attitudes we got.

Literally called Health department on them, I won?t say what the issue is in here either that way the health inspector will catch them red handed. I did try to reach out to corporate but the website couldn?t manage to assist with submitting mycomplaint. Never called an health inspector in my years of living but hey, we learn new things everyday 0 Stars by the way

I always get my birthday cake here and the food is good too
