Description
Commons 1882 offers a flavorful menu highlighted by standout dishes like upgraded mac and cheese and tender scallops, earning high praise from many guests. The brunch is generous, with good coffee and a solid beer selection, making it a great spot for families and casual outings. Service is often described as attentive and above and beyond, enhancing the overall experience. However, some patrons report inconsistent food quality, slow communication, and occasional customer service issues, especially during busy times. Prices are moderate, with portions typically large enough for leftovers. A planned remodel may address current shortcomings, suggesting potential for improvement.

The food here deserves five stars, and so does the staff. Be prepared to spend around $20 per person for brunch, coffee, and a tip. You'll likely end up taking half of your meal home unless you have a big appetite!
Wow! All I can say is mmmmm mmmmm. I've only been twice, so I haven't tried all my favorites yet, but so far the salmon, mahi, sliders, nachos, and Thai coconut shrimp are absolutely amazing! The martinis are perfect, and there's a great selection of cocktails too! This is definitely my new favorite restaurant in town!
My fiancé and I went to dinner at commons 1882 and had a great time! The food was sooo yummy and the drinks were too! We felt like we weren’t even waiting that long for our dinner but the kitchen felt it was too long and gave us our dinners on them which has never happened to either of us anywhere before. Great customer service! 10/10 recommend
Came in afterwork with a coworker. The food and drinks were really good, however the bartender seemed really new and wasn't aware of what they had.
Our server was great. The food? Just OK.Decided to stop on a Saturday for lunch. The lunch menu doesn 't start until 2PM, we were 15 min early. Their weekend lunch us called Anytime Eats . But you can 't order them Anytime .We had the beef nachos. They were OK, but the cheese sauce had a very odd texture, not smooth creamy, definitely not melted shredded cheese.Their signature bar chips were either fried in old oil or were cooked too long, tasted burnt. They 're planning a remod. We 'll try it once more. Not impressed with our first visit.
