One of the best customer service experiences we've had in a long time here in Billings.Kid-friendliness: We had no idea what to get our daughter, she's very picky, the lady who took our order was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a cookie and cream frappe...the daughter loved it.

Classy and sassy is my back up coffee joint because my local one doesn't open early enough. The workers are always friendly and coffee is yummy!
