I don't usually write reviews for fast food restaurants because the service is usually not great, but the Arby's in Billings Heights surpassed any experience I... read more I don't usually write reviews for fast food restaurants because the service is usually not great, but the Arby's in Billings Heights surpassed any experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I placed my order and the employees were very patient and professional. When I asked if they offered a veteran discount, they confirmed that they did. When I went to pay at the window, not only did they give my dogs chicken nuggets, but they also covered the cost of my meal! They wouldn't even accept my card. I have been comped a meal before when I was in uniform on active duty, but being a 100% disabled veteran, this was an incredibly special gesture. Arby's has now become my number one fast food place in town, especially with their fresh new menu.

It used to... read more I used to really enjoy Arby's, but I have to give this particular location a very low rating. The bathrooms are incredibly dirty and smell terrible. It used to be that gas stations had the worst restrooms, but this Arby's has taken it to a whole new level of uncleanliness. I wanted to leave as soon as possible, but I had to remember to zip up my pants first. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you think you might need to use the restroom.

Nevertheless, when I ordered my chicken slider and reached the window, the assistant manager generously offered me a complimentary chicken slider to compensate for the inconvenience. I thought it was a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated their commitment to making my experience a positive one while I waited for my order.
