we went for the afternoon tee, the greeting of adrian and the service he had provided were excellent sandwiches and cakes were fresh and tasty, and plentiful, tee was up, if and if necessary with a good choice and the opportunity to try different types. View all feedback.
Great place to eat, lovely atmosphere and views over garden and countryside. Beautiful building, comfortable and relaxing with an air of elegance. Excellent food and service. Looking forward to returning.
We had a wonderful evening great food, very attentive service and terrific experience overall.
Second time at Downham Hall. Then different event for approx 25 people. Excellent service then so we tried Afternoon tea, service just as attentive, couldn’t fault it. Going to tried Sunday lunch next as have been recommended by friends. Happy Christmas and new year. See you in the new year.
The afternoon tea was good but not a very good selection of sandwiches if you are a vegetarian, I think they all had cucumber in.
Friendly, no rush afternoon tea, great service and nothing was too much trouble
