Stayed here for two nights. The staff made our stay absolutely memorable. They went out of their way to help me celebrate my husbands birthday as well. The room is extremely spacious and clean. I loved the outdoor shower that was part of our room (beware of the bugs though). The beach is a bit of a walk from the rooms but you walk through the pool area and the golf course which is quite nice. View all feedback.
It was an amazing awesome experience which took us back in time. We loved it. The staff were very kind helpful. Only one drawback was the floor in room was always wet the electric connection not very user-friendly. The food was very very good Just fantastic
This is a nice hotel to those who like resort village type hotels. You need an umbrella to and fro from the room to all amenities like the lobby, restaurants, spa, gym etc. Good 45 acres landscape and 2 minutes walk to the beach (of course you can't swim most of the time because the sea is unpredictable. This hotel is 20/25 minutes drive away from Dobolim airport. Food is above average (not spicy). Rooms are air conditioned (otherwise, very difficult due to high humidity). Old traditional village type decor (comfortable). Outdoor swimming pool in place. Buggy service is available within the resort. Overall it is a nice hotel but expensive. If you are rich or your company pays for you then it is a choice. Room rent including breakfast and a single dinner with tax RS 30,000 per day.
Let me start by telling you it's a 5 star property so obviously the costs would be on the higher range. We went for a double sea view room which cost us around 35k per night but it was all worth it. We had an amazing sea view from the room balcony and the resort has beautiful vast gardens, lagoons and pools. It was not crowded at all and We had a peaceful, soothing, relaxed stay. The rooms were not not large but a decent medium size and we have no complaints. The breakfast had a plethora of options of vegetarians as well as non vegetarians and there was a touch of perfection in every dish we had there. The staff is very courteous and polite. But make sure, if you have paid the price for a sea view room, don't settle for a garden view room. Also, this property is situated at the sea shore so the sea is just 5 minutes walking distance away from your room. They even have an amazing restaurant Royal Afghan at the beach which serves delicious grilled food. Every penny well spent. Book this property for leisure with friends and family and you would have a memorable time of life.
As an avid traveler, I have stayed at many luxury resorts around the world, but my recent experience at ITC Grand Goa Luxury Resort and Spa left me absolutely thrilled! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking beauty of the resort, nestled amidst lush greenery and overlooking the Arabian Sea. The level of hospitality and service at ITC Grand Goa was truly exceptional. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the immaculate rooms to the well-manicured gardens. Speaking of the rooms, I was mesmerized by the luxurious accommodation at ITC Grand Goa. My suite was spacious, elegantly furnished, and offered stunning views of the sea. The plush bedding and state-of-the-art amenities ensured that I had a restful and rejuvenating stay.
