We were greeted enthusiastically by the owner even though it was late,... read more We came here around 22.45 looking for food as many of the surrounding bars were closing. We were greeted enthusiastically by the owner even though it was late, he took us through their menu and beer list. Firstly, their food is not German at all but I'm guessing that someone put this because they happen to serve hotdogs! These are actually Spanish sausages that are thin and sometimes spicy. We ordered some nachos and one of their burgers, both of which were tasty. Their burgers are done in a South American style, where the bread is put in a flat grill to crisp it up. Secondly, it's also a brewhouse/tap-room for a local craft brewer. They were selling 7 different different types of craft beer on tap, which we were allowed to sample all before choosing what we wanted. The owner works with the brewery to make the beer, so really wanted to tell us about his product. The bar is nicely decorated and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is a bit bored with all the pixtos bars and standard lager. He was my favorite.
