The food was traditional and being a Vegetarian the choice isn't great, and frankly looked really bland on the plate. But it was quite good with garlic and salt and pepper. Pleasantly surprised. Would I go back? Yes I would but for a quick bite/pit stop rather than a food experience. 3.5 stars would be a fair appraisal, above average but not great.

The desserts are great too and what's really nice is that the menu is only a list of all the options they ever have, what they'll have on the day, you'll see (they'll have most things, to be fair). Prices are super decent too and the stews are oh so great. Absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to experience real basque fare.
