If you don't want to eat two dishes and dessert you can eat half a menu, they are flexible. the place has a classic txoko decoration and the marriage that governs is nice, makes you feel agusto.

It looks fairly unremarkable, but offered a good choice for both first and second courses including being very ready to accommodate my wife's vegetarianism. Food was well prepared, very tasty, and generous portions. Even the deserts were delicious, not too common in our experience in Spain. Price included wine (probably not what it said on the bottle, but quite reasonable and we could have as much as we wanted from the bottle) and water ... We left very well fed and content. All for less than 12€, close to the river and only a couple of hundred metres from the Guggenheim. Service was good, and friendly, too. We returned a couple of days later for a drink and again were impressed with the quality and value.
