It seems that we had a bit of a language problem when placing our order. So we ended up with three cups of coffee for the two of us. Yet, no problem as the coffee was good... Their cake is not just good, it's pure bliss! We had the Basque gateau and a slice of passion fruit cream cake. Maikala sure is the place to be for all cake lovers.

I tried the Basque custard donut and it was delicious and the Lotus cake which seemed overrated.
