We decided to stop into Cafe Rio for lunch after shopping at the Galleria Mall this weekend and noticed on their menu they had chicken tortilla soup.
Having heard great word of mouth about Cafe Rio I came here with high expectations.
What a nightmare! Let me tell you that normally Cafe Rio is awesome and we have a great experience! Tonight was not a good night for this location ._30
