As a World Traveler it does not meet China's, Malaysia or Egypt's SERVICE OR FOOD QUALITY standard. The cashier's are slow on order taking, slow on food preparation and deliver. I got the 5 for €5. I got my order and it was a 4 for €5. I had to go back for the mini sundae! The kitchen staff is also inferior. The food was substandard. The French fries were slightly warm almost cold, the sandwich was warm, the two (2) chicken rocks were almost hot. It's a fast food restaurant designed to prepared and sell high quality, HOT, tasteful food in a timely manner! The restaurant has a good mix of customers from all age groups and had a number of travelers come in. KFC CORPORATION needs to send someone to bring this up to American standards.
