Fit Goxo - Bilbao

It was quite surreal to stumble over this place, and I do not refer to the fact that it was hard to find (the map is wrong if you make a search, instead you have to go over the number 30 on the Santutxu road and turn right from the BBVA bank and the fruit shop). What I mean is their great selection of beautiful, tasty, debt-free products that can not only convince your average sweet tooth person, but also select elders like my parents. I had certainly not expected this kind of healthier, vegan friendly niche in a mostly conservative city like Bilbao so glad I was wrong! Fit Goxo (Goxo is Basque for Sweet) is a person operation led by a super friendly gala called Laura, which really seems to have her heart in the right place. I just tried to be nothing short of brilliant about all her vegan articles I find. As I see it, there is nothing with the value for money, as ingredients like pistachios are not cheap. All in all, a place I would like to give five stars if I could. I wish Laura and Fit Goxo all the best in their efforts.

Pequeño establecimiento en Santutxu que ofrece donuts y otros dulces para llevar. Los donuts están elaborados con ingredientes saludables como calabaza, plátano, y no contienen azúcar ni gluten. Destaca la rosquilla vegana rellena de crema de cacahuete y unas cuatro opciones de mordedura con diferentes mermeladas. ¡Todo delicioso! También disponen de un donut de canela y un pastel de limón vegano, aunque no siempre están disponibles.
