On requesting tap water we were told it was not possible and were brought a 2.50 small bottle of water, which we did not open. The food was overpriced and underwhelming. But here is the worst bit.... We go to pay and see the 2.50 water on the bill, so we politely explain that we didn't open the bottle. The woman who is serving us seemed understanding, but the man got very angry and started poking my boyfriend in the shoulder in a very confrontational manner. He made us both feel quite uncomfortable and we have left feeling sick from the five euro mccains oven chips and irritated by the rude way in which we were treated. This is one crazy horse I'd rather say nay too thanks very much!

Sadly, their decently cooked fries were the best part of the meal by a very long way. The portions were enormous, but the fare inedible. Real shame to sit with a view of the Guggenheim and be so disappointed. We will not be returning at all ever.

Went to this place after a visit to the Guggenheim as it is only across the river from it we had a sandwich for two which was nice as were the chips the issue w... read more Went to this place after a visit to the Guggenheim as it is only across the river from it we had a sandwich for two which was nice as were the chips the issue we had was my husband ordered a pint of Guinness and he saw the bar man pour a can of Guinness into the glass then only top it up with the pump cos he saw us looking at him and of course we were charged for a pint ! Would not return

The claim that they are huge and that... read more Looking for a quick nearby lunch after the Guggenheim we crossed the river for some good 'ol home style American burgers. The claim that they are huge and that is absolutely true. But they also claim that they are hamburgers and that is highly questionable. Whatever meat-type-food-product the vile tasting patty was made from it was frankly inedible. Real nice guy behind the bar but actually the only bad meal we had anywhere in Spain. When in Basque Country eat Basque for for goodness sake!
