Cinnamon Coffelab Urban Food - Bilbao

The place is super cool and the menu had great choice but the service is quite disappointing. We got in at a moment in which most tables were already served and it wasn’t too busy anyway, I went to the counter to ask if we could sit by the window and I was told that they would come soon to get the order. 15 mins later I had to go to the counter to order and it seemed like it annoyed the guy even more when I was actually making them a favor. A really polite girl took the order and told me I could pay in cash but then the guy said we could only pay as a table and not individually and only at the end.. I mean, you forget about us, I make the effort of simplifying your life and you act annoyed?

Great place to take breakfast in bilbao and good coffee. also they can foot with their dog! the personal speaks English. we recommend

What a disappointment of a place. The waitress is completely lost: we sat at a dirty table and had to remind her to clean it when she already wanted to put the coffee on it, there was no cutlery and no napkins provided, every single time we had to ask her something, we had to waive 20 times and she wouldn’t notice. Some tables were staying dirty for 20 minutes after the customers had left already. The coffees were simply not good, the food was ok. We took a granola bowl and a tostada with jamon. There are much better places for specialty coffee and nice brunches in Bilbao.

We stayed breakfast in our hotel and were looking for a quick bite to start the day. we were not disappointed! it was very delicious, the coffee was great and the orange juice was very fresh. we had a very nice time here.

Loved this place so much we went both mornings we were in Bilbao. I recommend the waffle with eggs and bacon. Delicious. Also great coffee. Beware though, they only take cash so come prepared!
