However, today in the old town we have taken a disappointment. a coffee shop in the center of bilbao, so well located, has only 2 very nice girls to attend, being insufficient since they cannot assume the workload, the tables are dirty, not giving them time to remove the cups- dishes and clean properly, continually entering the people, being many foreigners. We have seen difficulties in communicating with English-speaking foreigners who have used universal language, indicating with their hands what they wanted. a disappointment that can be solved with more personal and that one of them knows English. I give 3 stars for personnel and installations.
