Both times the staff were really friendly and kind. They provide an English menu which is really helpful due to my unfortunate lack of speaking Spanish. The food was really nice both times we were here. The alcohol servings are really generous which was great. (compared to in England, it seemed normal at most places here) The price was good.

I do not rate the food because I could not find anyone to give me a menu. I was waiting for a friend. I was given a cocktail menu (I was there to meet a friend for wine and food and the view). The glass of wine was delivered and that was it for service. Restaurant was not busy. The glass sat empty for 15 minutes without an offer for a refill. Staff seemed more interested in talking among themselves. Gave up, called my friend to meet elsewhere, asked for the check, and left. Nice view.
