Bar Basque has lots to offer. With a very central location it is easy to get to so we had no difficulty finding it, also because the exterior is very unique and attractive. I came with my family and we all tried different types of pinchos, and each one of us was very happy with both the presentation and the taste of all of them. An excellent place to have a drink or a beer. a variety of premium drinks and wines of excellent quality. the truth that I've only been once but I have a good feeling. the very nice and elegant place.
They've treated us terribly and they've got very rich punks.

A classic of bilbao where to have a good time having drinks with friends. the staff, very attentive and professional. stop forced if you are looking to enjoy the bilbaíno environment.

The bar itself is absolutely gorgeous with ax really nice ambience. We asked the barmaid for a cocktail and she did not try to understand what we wanted at all. She then told us that they don’t serve cocktails until later… A local customer thought the barmaid had been rude and clearly had a dislike for tourists. He translated on our behalf and that’s how we managed to get a drink in the end. We settled for a gin and tonic (having asked for a martini) and a rum (having asked for a Manhattan). Not the wonderful experience that others have had and we actually noticed that she had all the ingredients to make the cocktails that we wanted but for some reason she refused. It was our first drink in Bilbao and such a shame! The much busier bar down the road La Antigua Cigarreria was more friendly and able to offer the cocktails we had hoped for.
The interior is fantastic, this place is really beautiful. Have a stop in Bar Basque, get your pinxtos and txakoli. The vermouth prepared is the best!

Another favourite part of mine was the cocktails; very tasty and not overpriced, worth every penny! The ambiance of the bar is very peaceful and comfortable, with superb staff who make the bar very welcoming and happy. It is perfect for drinks with family or friends; I would highly recommend this bar to anyone visiting Bilbao, or even if you live there!
This wonderful little bar has stunning decor, a vast selection of gins and they produce, with great care and gusto, one of the best gin and tonics I’ve tasted.
