Great food, wine and service at a reasonable price. We went for o nice meal on our last night in Bilbao and wefe bnot disappointed. Octopus carpaccio and slow cooked oxtail where the hi lights and with the dearest bottle of red at 24 euros we had a great accompaniment to my centre cut sirloin before coffee and dessert. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Highly recommended
Called in on spec last week and got a table immediately this was a concern as everywhere else seemed packed! Food was reasonable and service just OK. I had Lamb Cutlets which were over cooked (perhaps because they were so small) and my wife had a burger which she said was 'nice '. The room looks superb but the food fails to live up to it 's standard.
Poor service, rude staff and terrible food. The manager was beyond rude and the portion sizes were minuscule. Worst food I’ve had in Spain
Unfortunately I have to comment with one of the previous comments: the paella ist just awful. Big disappointment, I am sorry I didn't check the reviews before. On the plus side, nice atmosphere, kind waiters and a great fish soup!
Tried this restaurant in spite of some of the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised, good food and impeccable service. Tried the duck and the oxtail and both were well prepared and the portions just right. The interior of the restaurant is nice and after a long day of walking it was nice to sit down and get served rather than queuing for tapas
