The delivery took an incredibly long time, it felt like they were bringing it by foot. By the time the order arrived, the shawarma was all soggy and impossible to eat!
When ordering from this lovely place, be prepared for the possibility that your order won't arrive in the promised timeframe and the courier may not show up at all. I placed an order on their website, which stated an hour of wait time. I waited for two and a half hours, and after several calls to customer support, the courier still never arrived. The prices have become really expensive. A large shawarma costs 350 rubles, and the quality has worsened compared to what it used to be. Only one of the two locations offers delivery, and there are areas of the city where delivery isn't available at all. For the same amount of money, I can buy a kilogram of meat and grill skewers, which is exactly what I've been doing.
We ordered a large shawarma, but the prices were high and the portions were small, with very little sauce. The next day, we even ended up with food poisoning.
