They were very responsive to any problems (I dropped my knife , and the waiter appeared out of nowhere to offer me another one)! The food was excellent; I thoroughly enjoyed it. Two out of three times, pizza in Italy sucks and forces you to spend the night with Alka-Seltzer on your bedside table. The superb pizza at Pagoda is a completely different story: paying tribute to the glorious French cheesemaking and local flavors, it remains a high-quality pizza. Above all, the dough is exquisite and perfectly leavened, so light and fragrant it almost feels like puff pastry. Very good and very kind. The place was recently renovated and is very welcoming: top!
